Need to make custom brake lines?
This nickel-copper alloy tubing (often called NiCopp) is a top choice.

It comes in a 25-foot coil, 3/16 inch diameter, and it’s super easy to bend by hand – way easier than steel.

It won’t rust or corrode, meets SAE J1047 and ISO standards, and is DOT-approved for brake systems.

Also works for fuel lines, power steering, or transmission cooling lines.

Great for DIY repairs, restoration projects, or shops that want to build their own lines.
You’ll need to flare the ends and add fittings, but the material itself is durable, long-lasting, and much more forgiving to work with than steel.
