What’s a Sunday like?

Adults

When you walk through the front doors of King’s Cross, you’ll enter into our lobby. To your right will be our kids area, and the sanctuary is straight ahead. To your left is our free coffee bar – help yourself!

If it is your first time visiting, or you haven’t done so before, please stop by the First Time Guest tent on your way in! We’d love to say hi, answer any questions you might have, and make sure you know your next steps!

A typical service will last around 70 minutes. We usually start by singing 2-3 Christ-centered worship songs. After that, one of our pastors will teach a practical message, directly from the text of the Bible that is designed to help you know and apply the gospel when you leave.

After the service, our pastors and other leaders will be available in the lobby and at the First Time Guest tent if you have any questions, would like someone to pray with you, or are ready to get connected and begin finding your place at King’s Cross.

Students

Sundays
Our students are an active part of the Sunday morning service. We know the middle school and high school years are when teenagers begin to discover their gifts, so they’re invited to be a part of our services as both worshipers and serve team members.

Middle School
We offer a Bible study for middle school students from 4:00-5:30pm on Sunday afternoons.

High School
Our high school students have their own Bible study on Sunday nights from 6:00-7:30pm.

Kids

King’s Cross Kids is the place for your children to meet Jesus and make friends. Everything we do is designed to help your child understand how to grow in the gospel, connect in community, and live on mission. We have grade-specific ministry areas to help kids learn in fun & engaging ways at their age level.

These ministry environments are set up and ready for you in both services. In addition, all our leaders are background check approved and trained in how to best care for your child!

On your first visit, one of our Kids Team leaders will greet you at the check in area on the righthand side of the lobby. Simply walk over to the check-in desk that says “GUEST” and we’ll walk you through the process to make sure it’s as smooth as possible!
